The SIMPATHY project, funded by European funds within the Horizon-2020 program (2015 to 2017), involved a consortium of nine European countries.

It aims to stimulate, promote and support, at the European level, innovation in the management of appropriate polypharmacy and adherence to treatment in the elderly, to contribute to the development of efficient and sustainable healthcare systems.
