Creation of an outcome management structure for drug utilization and medication adherence monitoring in real world

The FARMADER project is funded by AIFA as part of pharmacovigilance research, specifically utilizing the funds allocated for the years 2015, 2016, and 2017. This initiative constitutes a multi-regional study that involves two operational units: the UOD 06 Drug Policy of the Campania Region and CIRFF.

The primary objective of the project is to establish an outcome management structure in support of the UOD 06 Medication Policy of the Campania Region. This structure is dedicated to monitoring medication usage in real-world scenarios and ensuring adherence to chronic therapies. The overarching aim is to bridge the gap between scientific evidence and practical implementation. This involves cyclically assessing outcomes, predicting and implementing timely interventions, enhancing cultural knowledge regarding adherence, empowering patients, and generating scientific evidence through the publication of reports.
