Since February 2021, the partnership has been the basis for the birth of the <strong>Innovation Networks for Scaling Active and Healthy Ageing <\/strong>(IN-4-AHA) project, which takes over its legacy by advancing digital innovation.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>EIP-AHA pursues a <strong>&#8220;Triple Win&#8221;<\/strong> for Europe:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>1) improving the health and quality of life of Europeans, with a special focus on the elderly;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>2) supporting the long-term sustainability and efficiency of health and social care systems;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>3) improving the competitiveness of EU industry through activity and involvement into new markets.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>EIP-AHA is based on two main pillars: <strong><em>Action Groups and Reference Sites<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>CIRFF takes part in Action Group A1 &#8220;<strong><em>Adherence to prescription and medical plans<\/em><\/strong>&#8220;, with the primary objective of improving the quality of life and health outcomes of the elderly population with multiple chronic conditions.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph {\"style\":{\"typography\":{\"fontSize\":15}}} --><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><strong>Available results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph {\"style\":{\"typography\":{\"fontSize\":15}}} --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s12603-016-0850-7\"><strong>Erratum to: Building bridges for innovation in ageing: Synergies between action groups of the EIP on AHA.<\/strong> <em>The journal of nutrition, health &amp;
