In this context, CIRFF (lead partner) in collaboration with the National Relevance Hospital of the Colli aims, through this Project, to achieve several objectives, including:<\/span><br><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> The creation of a business intelligence tool for monitoring <b>drug activities used for rare diseases and adherence to therapies<\/b>; <\/li>\n<li> The development of predictive <b>models for early diagnosis and monitoring therapy adherence<\/b>; <\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">The development of <b>tools to support healthcare governance<\/b> to assess the impact of health policies;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">The implementation of clinical-institutional audits and training\/information programs to promote the quality of care and improve outcomes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The design and implementation of a Governance structure dedicated to evaluating the Patient&#8217;s Journey for patients with rare diseases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithm based on Machine Learning (ML) criteria will be developed and applied to health databases.
