This initiative constitutes a multi-regional study that involves two operational units: the UOD 06 Drug Policy of the Campania Region and CIRFF.<\/span><\/p><p>The primary objective of the project is to <b>establish an outcome management structure<\/b> in support of the UOD 06 Medication Policy of the Campania Region. This structure is dedicated <b>to monitoring medication usage in real-world scenarios and ensuring adherence to chronic therapies<\/b>. The overarching aim is to bridge the gap between scientific evidence and practical implementation.
